Payment and Dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria and the Netherlands.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We ship all products within Germany free of charge, curbside delivery, except to islands. For island deliveries, an island surcharge of €16.00 applies.
Deliveries to other countries
For international shipments, shipping costs start from €49.00.
If international dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), the following applies:
Bulky goods are shipped by freight carrier – at no additional charge.
Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the item description.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 days, and deliveries abroad within 5–7 days from conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the date we receive your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire order corresponds to the item with the longest delivery time.
